In a few months or so my fish room will be up agian * I breed halfmoons , crowntails ... and to members of this fourm they will be avaliable for shipping cost only as I do not want to sell them as I once did ! Also I have 4-5 2 gallon tanks for rescues that will nursed , and when ready posted to give to good homes...

Great! I cannot wait! I would love a halfmoon pair, I think itis very nice that you would give it to us for only shpping! I assume these aren't backyard breeders are they?

Back Yard Breeders??? All the bettas I have get live foods everyday ... water changed daily ... and are top quality show fish
I did this for a living before , and have almost 15 years under my belt lol ... I remember before before all this importing got crazy and quality halfmoons were up to 200 a pair lol ... I am breeding now for show , and as always to continue the breeding of quality fish

Most of my Breeding stock were or of pairs I spawned from the stock of Jeff Hiller , Dan Young , Sean Mahibar ..........

I am an IBC member , and past President of the Worcester Aquarium Society

And offering quality fish to this fourm , and i may send a few for adoption .... at only the cost of shipping I hope to do my little part in keeping people away from buying in chain store's , and I also will be selling to the local pet shops to help promote better care of this fish .... If I can give them the same deal for home grown , and local .. hopfully they wont be going to the wholesale ordering them in bulk ... I have been in a wholesaler many times , and the bettas come in bags about the size of a silver dollar its sick more than half dead , and 20 percent more on there way , and what I dont get it that one of the best known , kept fish in a box packed in by the ton , and the rest are in huge tanks , and well feed?

Anyway I dont know what a backyard breeder is but I will look it up... And in no way do i mean this post to come off as if I am defending myself nor did I ever think you ment anything in a bad bad way ...

I just felt like typing ..

Oh no I meant nothing by it! Backyard Breeding of bettas is just getting bettas like the ones you mentioned, and breeding them, adding to the number of bettas not getting a home.

I am very impressed by your accomplishements, and look formward to doing buisness with you.
